BENEFITS OF AEROBIC EXERCISES


1. Helps prevent health problems.

Aerobic exercise are helpful in preventing high cholesterol, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke and other diseases. Weight bearing aerobic exercise for example walking and running can helps prevent osteoporosis which is a bone disease. Even if a person is already suffering from any one of the above mentioned ailments then aerobic exercise can help him/her alleviate those ailments. Aerobic exercise is also known for strengthening of immune system.

2. Strengthens the heart.

Aerobic exercises can also help in strengthening the hardest working muscle in your body i.e. our heart. A strong heart can pump blood more efficiently as compared to those who don’t do aerobic exercises, it further improves the blood flow from our heart to all the other parts of our body. Improve in blood flow results in more amount of oxygen and other essential nutrients to be delivered to our body cell. It also leads to more efficient removal of toxins and other waste products from your body.

3. Helps keep arteries clear.

Aerobic exercise raises High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol which is also called good cholesterol and lowering of Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol also called bad cholesterol. This results in lessening the rate of buildup of plaque in our arteries.

4. Strengthens the respiratory system.

Aerobic exercises also improves the efficiency by which our respiratory system can supply oxygen to your brain and body parts. Our body needs have a constant and a generous amount of oxygen level in order to function properly without fatigue.

5. Reduces body fat.

Aerobic exercise are medically proven to burn away calories. It is said to be the only kind of exercise capable of directly burning away body fat. In order to burn away body fat, oxygen is necessary to produce energy from my metabolism of body fat which takes place with regular practice of aerobic exercise.
