Weight Reduction Tips


Weight reduction have always been a HOT topic of debate in every social society. The reason is that in current days, everyone wants to look their best. Looking best is associated with slim and fit body. But this isn’t the truth, reason being beauty of a person doesn’t reside in a person’s weight. So never be so judgmental people n respect even those who are chubby. N for the people who want to reduce their weight, this blog is for you.
First of all, we need to create a motive for reducing weight and that motive should be of getting healthy. Reducing fat means getting rid of unrequired body mass from our body. So now we’ll discuss about various ways of going with it.

Getting straight to the ways:
1.TAKE A NOTE OF FOOD INTAKE
Note down what you eat every day for a week along with tentative amount of calories that come along with it.
Studies have confirmed that those who maintain a food diary end up reducing food intake to a sufficient level.
2.10% INCREASE RULE
The figures which you note down will always be less than what the actual intake is. So always increase the number of calorie intake by 10% because this will be closer to the actual value.
3.FORM A SOCIAL GROUP
Forming a social group for same cause helps as people help each other achieve the same goal that is reducing weight. Also when we see other reach their goal, it motivates us.
4.DRINK WATER
It’s completely fine to drink a glass of juice during breakfast, but after that stick to water as your liquid intake. Water is a natural cleanser and helps your body clean out your intestine. Also it dissolves away unwanted products from our body.
5.STOMACH RUMBLE
Don’t go for food whenever you feel hungry. You need to keep a check of your food intake. Don’t eat anything until your stomach makes rumbling sound.
6.STAIRS
In a day, spend at least 10 min going up and down a staircase. This will help you burn out all the unnecessary fat from your body.
7.A WALK IS ALL IT TAKES
Walk for 5 minutes in every two hours. Yes walking will keep you fit and slim. Even if you’re having a sitting job just take a 5 minute break after every 2 hours. I’m sure no one would have problem with that.
